SELECTED WORK
AI customer support, web development,
and analytics—built into daily operations.
For an automotive business, we designed and implemented an AI-assisted customer support system for day-to-day use. Our work also includes ongoing maintenance and a process for analyzing the conversation data generated through the system.
Our web work includes website design, development, and maintenance. We also implement measurement on websites operated by the business using Google Tag Manager and GA4, then validate and analyze the resulting data.
